Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, order processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges.

  • We  offer free shipping on all orders or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Needles Clothing is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Currently, Needles Clothing ships only within India.
