Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about the status of your refund.

    If approved:

    • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the necessary details.

    Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product.

    Damaged or Incorrect Products

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the product
    • Photos of the packaging

    We'll arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
